Being one of the most beautiful pokemon of the water pokemon it rare it see. Milotic appears in lakes or other bodies of water to help calm hostile emotions and situations. It said to can also ease and soothe trouble hearts of those around it. Other then that im guessing it just swims around or what ever it wants to do
Though it looks good it can be used well in fights. Its defense is pretty low, but with the right nature and ability you can boost that and blast opponents out the water, all while taking numerous hits with its bulky amount of energy they hold.
